For orders shipped within the US, use our self-service return process, which includes a printable pre-filled shipping label. The cost of the return shipping (currently $8.50), is deducted from your refund when the product is received back.
Simply follow these step-by-step instructions:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to Order History
- Select the Return Order link next to your order
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Choose a reason for the return
- Review the summary page (then continue)
- Click the “Submit Your Return” button
- Scroll to the “Download Shipment Label” and print
- Attach the label to your package
- Drop the return package off at your local USPS post office
