To clarify, Touchstone does not provide additional discounts when customers use their HSA/FSA card; it will be their health card provider that determines that.
Simply order via the store (not available on existing subscriptions) and when you check out, select Truemed as your payment option. You’ll be taken to a third-party payment processor to enter your HSA/FSA debit card and take a quick health survey to determine eligibility for your items.
Have a Health Savings Account but not an HSA card? Truemed will provide instructions and forms to submit for reimbursement from your provider.
Once the transaction is approved by Truemed, you’ll receive an order confirmation, enjoy big savings, and your package of goodness will be on its way!
What is a Letter of Medical Necessity?
A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is a document written by a qualified healthcare provider that explains why a specific product or service is medically necessary for a patient’s health condition.
If Truemed is asking for a Letter of Medical Necessity, the customer needs to reach out to their doctor to provide that letter to Truemed, not Touchstone Essentials.
Customers can download the Letter of Medical Necessity on their Truemed account.
