Once an order is placed, it is promptly submitted to the distribution center, where it is packed for shipment, hence changes and cancellations typically cannot be made. However, there is a narrow window between when you place the order and when it is submitted to the distribution center where a cancellation may occur.
If that window is open, a “cancel order” button will be visible in the order history section of your account. Log in to your account, and navigate to order history from the dashboard to see if cancellation is possible for a recently placed order. If the “cancel order” button is not visible, the order has already been submitted for shipping.
