Delivery timeframes vary depending on where you are located and when you order. Getting your order in late on a Friday adds a few extra days simply because the package gets transferred to the shipping carrier on a Monday.

Within the US, standard free shipping takes from 3 to 7 business days on average from our Utah-based distribution center. Orders within Europe are serviced by our distribution center in the UK, so orders may take 3 to 7 business days to arrive. Check the mailbox, front porch, back porch, or even your neighbors to see if the package is there.
