Want to take a break from your subscription? You can cancel your AutoShip at any time. Log in to your account, and from your dashboard go to the AutoShip subscription page. Then select the option to cancel your subscription, making sure to save your change by clicking the update button. You’ll receive an email confirmation (check the spam folder if it doesn’t show up after a few minutes).
Please note that when you cancel your subscription, all Good Rewards points are lost (every 500 points = $10 savings). If you restart your subscription within 14 days of cancellation, the points will be reinstated, otherwise, any points earned to date will be permanently lost. To avoid losing your points, you also have the option of delaying your next subscription order by selecting a later shipment date on the calendar (again, save your changes).
